    This is a classic rich and creamy chocolate cake recipe made with banana and cocoa powder. This recipe is like banana bread with walnut flavor. It can also be served as a dessert, as well as a snack with a cup of tea or coffee.



     you can also serve this cake as a snack, as it is less sweet than normal sweets. But if you want, you can make it a classic desert recipe by adding sugar to it. Secondly, I have added walnuts to this recipe. By adding walnuts, cashews, almonds, the cake becomes even more tasty. Most importantly, you can make this cake even without eggs. I have used vinegar (vinegar) in place of eggs in it. If you eat eggs and you like the egg yolk, then you should use egg instead of vinegar.


MATERIAL:

TO GRIND:
2 ripe bananas
¾ cup (180 grams) sugar

FOR CAKE BATTER:

½ cup (120 ml) oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp vinegar / vinegar
1½ cups (262 g) maida
½ cup (45 grams) cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
4 tsp baking soda
4 tsp salt
½ cup (120 ml) water
¼ cup (30 grams) chopped walnuts
3 tablespoons chocolate chip

INSTRUCTION:
1.First, take 2 bananas and 4 cups of sugar in a blender (mixer grinder).

2.Grind it until smooth puree is added without adding water.

3.Take out the banana puree in a large bowl.

4.Now add ½ cup oil, 1 tsp vanilla extract and 1 tsp vinegar.

5.Stir it slowly until everything mixes well.

6.Place a strainer and add 1½ cups all purpose flour, ½ cup cocoa powder, 1 tsp baking powder, ¼ tsp baking soda and ¼ tsp salt.

7.While filtering the dough, make sure that there are no lumps in it.

8.Mix it well using cut and fold method.

9.Then, add ½ cup of water and mix well.

10.Keep mixing it until it becomes a thick cake batter.

11.Add 4 cups walnuts and mix gently.

12.Put the cake batter in the cake tin. Don't forget to lubricate the mold and place a butter paper at the bottom to keep it from sticking. I have used Smith + Nobel - 21 x11cm Bread Loaf Pan.

13.Now topping it with 3 tablespoons chocolate chip.

14.Place the cake tray in a preheated (preheated) oven. Bake the cake at 180 ° C or 356 ° F for 40 minutes.
Or bake until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.

15.After this, let the cake cool completely and then cut it into thick slices and serve.

16.Finally serve eggless chocolate, serve the cake or fill it in an airtight container.
