     A simple cheese snack made from leftover bread slices, potatoes and cheddar or mozzarella cheese stuffing. This recipe is similar to Potato Cheese Balls or Corn Cheese Balls. This might be a perfect evening snack or perhaps a starter for your next potluck party.

    Cheese balls are popular urban snacks that can be seen as both street food and restaurant snacks. Usually it is made by stuffing vegetables mixed with cheese blocks in breadcrumbs coating. But the Cheese Bread Balls Recipe is a typical recipe made by adding the remaining bread slices with potato stuffing.

     The combination of potato, bread slices, cheddar cheese and deep fry is amazing. Many may argue about a combination of deep frying and bread slices and believe that it can absorb too much oil. But I would like to clear the confusion once for all with this post of Cheese Bread Balls . As a matter of fact, if bread slices help absorb moisture and do not break even when frying . This should be good for most bread snack dishes. I got a lot of questions about the same and thought to clear up the confusion with this post.

    Also, I would like to add some suggestions and variations to the Bread Cheese Balls recipe. First of all, I have used powdered cornflakes to give a crisp outer coating, you can alternatively use breadcrumbs or rava / semolina. In addition, bread slices can be replaced with breadcrumbs to absorb excess moisture from potatoes. Also, stir the cheese cube thoroughly to prevent cheese melting; As a safety precaution, freeze for 30 minutes before frying.

INGREDIANT:
2 Potatoes , boiled and mashed
1 chili , finely chopped
½ tsp ginger paste
2 tablespoons coriander , finely chopped
4 tsp black pepper , powdered
1 tsp mixed herbs / herbs
4 tsp cumin powder
½ tsp salt
2 slices bread , white / brown
10 cubes cheese , cheddar / mozzarella
1 cup corn flakes , powdered

FOR CORN FLOUR BATTER:
2 tablespoons corn flour 
2 tablespoons all purpose flour / plain flour
4 tsp black pepper , powdered
4 tsp salt
¼ cup of water

METHOD:
1.First, take 2 potatoes in a large mixing bowl. Make sure the potatoes boil and mash them smooth.
2.Also mix 1 chili, ½ tsp ginger paste, 2 tablespoons coriander, ¼ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp mixed herb, ¼ tsp cumin powder and ½ tsp salt.
3.Additionally, add 2 bread slices to pieces. Trim the sides to avoid any lumps. You can optionally use breadcrumbs.
4.Mix and mix all the spices together and mash well.
5.If the dough is still moist, add more pieces of bread. 6.Adding bread prevents cheese balls from breaking.
7.Create soft non-sticky dough. Keep aside.
8.Now in a small bowl take 2 tablespoons corn flour, 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, 4 tsp black pepper and 4 tsp salt.
9.Add 1 cup of water and make a smooth lump-free solution.
10.Now take a pinch ball shaped potato mixture and flatten it a little.
11.Place a cube shaped cheese in the center. Use cheddar cheese or anything you like.
12.Mix the edges together and stuff the cheese thoroughly.
13.Make a smooth ball, ensuring that there are no cracks. Otherwise, there is a possibility of an exit.
14.Now put in the corn flour batter and coat well.
15.In addition, cover the powdered cornflakes or breadcrumbs evenly. You can freeze in a ziplock bag for a month or more and fry / bake as needed.
16.Fry in hot oil or bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 15-18 minutes.
