  An easy and simple soup recipe known for its spice and sour taste. It is a fast food or street food recipe served as an appetizer or starter just before Indo Chinese or North Indian food. Generally, it is made with diced (icing) vegetables and Indo Chinese sauce and fried noodles toppings, but can also be made with the meat of choice.

     Indo sugar is known for its spicy and flavor that is made for Indian taste buds. It is a flavor filled with bitterness, spices, sour and salty. It also provides the same taste in its soup variations and the hot and sour soup recipe is one such simple and quick filling recipe.

     Also, before wrapping the recipe, some tips and variations for the hot sour soup recipe. First, consistency is important for this recipe. The consistency should be thicker than water, but still not too thick. So be careful with the extra step of your cornstarch. Secondly, this recipe should be served hot and it will not taste good after cooling. So plan your soup accordingly and serve just before meals. Finally, when adding veggies to it, be sure to either dilute it or cut it into small pieces diced. This is due to the fact that we do not boil or cook vegetables and fry only at high temperatures .

INGREDIANT:
2 tablespoons oil
2 layers of garlic , finely chopped
1 inch Ginger , finely chopped
1 chili , finely chopped
2 tablespoons spring onion , chopped
1 carrot , finely chopped
3 tablespoons cabbage , finely chopped
½ capsicum , finely chopped
5 beans , finely chopped
4 cups of water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tsp chilli sauce
½ tsp black pepper powder
½ tsp sugar
½ tsp salt

FOR CORN FLOUR SOLUTION:
2 tablespoons Corn flour
¼ cup of water

METHOD:
1.First of all, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a big pan and add 2 pieces of garlic, 1 inch ginger and 1 chilli and stir fry.
2.Add 2 tablespoons spring onion and fry until soft.
3.Next, add 1 carrot, 3 tablespoons of cabbage, ½ capsicum and 5 beans.
4.Stir-fry for 2 minutes or until the vegetables are half cooked.
5.Add 4 cups of water and boil for 3 minutes.
6.Next add 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons vinegar and 7.1 tablespoon chilli sauce.
8.Next, add ½ teaspoon pepper powder, ½ teaspoon sugar and ½ teaspoon salt.
9.Now prepare cornflour solution by mixing 2 tablespoons cornflour in 4 cups of water.
10.Add the batter to the soup and mix well.
11.Continue to boil for 2 more minutes or until the soup is slightly thick.Finally, add 2 tablespoons Spring Onion and enjoy the hot and sour soup.
