      Narasinha is a medicinal plant with strong characteristic odor and it is found all over India and South East Asia. The main benefit of Narasinha or curry lief is to provide strength and impro the immune system. It is a general tonic, which improves overall health. It is beneficial for skin and improves skin complexion. In Ayurvedaeda, it is also used as a rejuvenating remedy. It is good for hair growth and stops graying of hair. Prevents hair loss.

     Narasinha is good health tonic, which helps in debility and physical weakness. Narasinha contains fat content due to which it becomes heavy indigestion, so people with the weak digestive system should not take.  It supplies the nutrients to the cells, tissues to the body, which helps the growth of tissues including muscles.

    If it takes slowly, increases the dosage over a week or more and gets benefits someone can gaining weight smoothly.And as a co indigent  Dal or Pulse which is also known as red lentils, is power-packed with nutrients and has immeasurable benefits. It has various positive impacts on one's health and body.  

Preparation:

1. Take 200 gm. of Narasinha or Curry leaf, wash nicely.
2. Take 200gm. of masoor dal, wash it and leave it on water for 1 hour.
3. Take 6 bulbs of peel garlic, a medium size onion,1 inch of Ginger & chop it thoroughly.  
4. Grind  Narasinha or Curry leaf until it turns into pulp.
5. After 1 hour grinds the Masoor Dal & make into thick semi pulp and make some dough, fry the dough (Bodra) in a low key heat in mustard oil and leave it separately. Make sure that it cooks eventually.
6. Heat up the pan, add 2 spoon mustard oil on it, let enough heat, apply chopped garlic, onion & Ginger into it. When it turns brownish in color then add already prepared  Narasinha pulp on it, add water,1 spoon turmeric powder, salt and stir gently. Cook it for half an hour.
7. Now leave the fried dough(Bodra) on this curry, cook for 20 minutes. And if you wish you can add chopped green chili into it. 

Now, Its Ready to Serve, Preferable with Rice.
