Gobi Fried Rice Recipe | Cauliflower Fried Rice

A unique fusion or combination of 2 indo chinese recipes made with deep fried gobi florets and stir-fried rice. it is particularly served as street food in cosmopolitan urban cities for its dwellers. the recipe is very much inspired by the popular chicken fried rice where gobi would mimic the chicken.

Indian street food recipes are thriving especially in urban cosmopolitan cities. this has resulted in a continuous experiment to it by combining and mixing 2 recipes to form a unique one. one such fusion and uniquely pleasant recipe gobi fried rice recipe, mocking the popular chicken fried rice.

Out of all the indo chinese recipes I prepare often, this recipe of gobi fried rice recipe is the less frequent recipe i make it. it is not because of the taste or flavour. but because you have to cook 2 separate recipes and combine it in the final step to make gobi manchurian rice. having said that, i end up making this recipe when i have some leftover fried rice or even gobi manchurian snack. so i end up making the other to make the leftover attractive and more presentable. well, i guess this option should be more feasible compared to making both the recipe from scratch. the sweet and spicy sauce from manchurian should make the fried rice even more flavoured and tasty.

TIPS,SUGGESTION,VARIATION:

Firstly, selecting the cooked rice is very critical for any fried rice recipe. i would heavily recommend to use moisture free basmati rice or perhaps even sona masuri rice.

Secondly, you can precook the gobi fritters well ahead in advance and store in pre-heated oven. as matter of fact, you can even experiment the recipe by leftover paneer, mushroom, and baby corn manchurian. lastly, if you desire for more spice and zing in your taste, add schezwan sauce to the sauce and mix it with gobi and fried rice.
