An interesting and tasty our own pizza recipe made with semolina base with the common pizza toppings. the recipe is typically made as a healthy alternative to the traditional one which is made with plain flour or with wheat flour. moreover, the pizza recipes are typically baked in a wood-fired or electric oven, but for the masses, this recipe is made on tawa using gas cook-top.

Pizza recipes are very popular these days across india, especially with a younger audience. however, there are numerous concerns about the health aspects as it is mainly made with plain flour which in turn may indigestion issues. to solve these issues, there is a healthy alternative made with semolina or sooji dough known as rava pizza recipe.

TIPS,SUGGESTION AND VARIATION:

Firstly, i would heavily recommend using medium-sized semolina or bombay rava and do not attempt this recipe with fine or bansi rava. you would not be able to shape it with other alternatives and hence medium is best suited for this recipe.

Secondly, the vegetable toppings on top of this recipe are open-ended and you can use as per your preference. but ensure to chop the veggies finely and also do not overcrowd the toppings.

Lastly, to get a gooey pizza texture, i would recommend using full cream mozzarella cheese. alternatively, you can also use a combination of mozzarella and cheddar cheese for best results.
